The outcome
Structured platform replacing fragmented packaging procurement and compliance
We keep the story focused on what changed for the business: who can do what now, how the team works differently, and what the numbers say.
- [ADD METRIC] pilot vendors onboarded
- [ADD METRIC] pilot customers onboarded
- [ADD METRIC] orders processed through the platform
The challenge
Why the existing way wasn't working
The packaging industry operates in silos — customers, manufacturers, and auditors manage procurement, compliance, and production across disconnected spreadsheets, email threads, and paper-based sign-off processes. There is no single platform that connects all parties or automates the manual workflows between them.
Our approach
How we got from problem to product
LoopPack is a full enterprise network for the packaging industry. Customers discover and order from verified manufacturers, manufacturers manage production and compliance workflows, and auditors run digital certification processes — all on one platform. Paired with a suite of productivity tools (ProofCheck, Ink Kitchen) that automate manual work at every layer of the supply chain.
What we built
The product, the system, the details
Multi-sided marketplace with separate portals for customers, manufacturers, and auditors. Vendor vetting and matching engine against structured customer specifications. Customer portal for order tracking, proof approvals, and reorder history. Sustainability and compliance tooling including CO2/plastic emission traceability and a digital audit platform. Supabase backend with Row Level Security for party isolation. Deployed on Vercel with GitHub Actions CI/CD.
